Cathy and her team took the ball and ran with it ... they kept me informed but I did not need to be personally involved for the most part (until signing all the papers). They took care of updating the house to be 'saleable' - got a good price on the house and even after deducting the bills for updating came out to be approx what I was expecting based on similar sales in the area. Really appreciate how they handled all phases of getting it sold!

We didn't end up buying that specific property but kept in touch. Both Kathi and Wayne were very helpful knowledgeable of the Hayward Castro Valley San Leandro Hills area. They were absolutely the best choice for us and we were extremely pleased with the results. From the opening meeting in which they gathered information from us and provided us with expectations for all of the steps of the process we felt we were in very good hands. Every step along the way they gave us choices and options; we felt we made very informed decisions due to the information they provided. Timing also didn't feel rushed and they allowed us the perfect amount of time to finish some work and clean up and then the house was on the market in a very short time. We were also pleased with the cleaning crews and stagers they hired not only because their work was high quality but because they were nice people. Kathi and Wayne also stepped in to negotiate with our neighbors for retaining walls and cement work and ultimately had vendors that came in at a lower cost than others in the open market. The neighbors were pleased and we were pleased. I can't recommend Kathi and Wayne highly enough for their professionalism integrity and results.
